Amended Notice of Race Rhodes 19 Fleet #36 and the Sandy Bay Yacht Club invite Rhodes 19 sailors to the 2011 Rhodes 19 East Coast Championships to be sailed on the waters of the North Atlantic Ocean adjacent to Rockport, Massachusetts. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY AND VENUE The organizing authority for this regatta will be the Rhodes 19 Fleet 36 in Rockport Massachusetts and the Sandy Bay Yacht Club in collaboration with the Rhodes 19 Class Association. Racing will take place on Sandy Bay, Ipswich Bay or Massachusetts Bay off Rockport, Massachusetts. RULES The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing. Official Sailing Instructions will be available at registration. Exceptions to the rules including any in the Notice of Race will be presented in the Sailing Instructions. _    _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
