Before school begins
5-8 year olds can practice six (6) hours (3 meetings) per week
9-13 year olds can practice eight (8) hours (4 meetings) per week
After school begins and before season begins
5-8 year olds can practice no more than four (4) hours
(2 meetings) during the week and two (2) hours on Saturday
9-13 year olds can practice no more than six (6) hours
(3 meetings) during the week and two (2) hours on Saturday
When season begins

Curfews
5&6 year olds cannot practice past 8:00 pm
7-10 year olds cannot practice past 8:30 pm
11-13 year olds cannot practice past 9:00 pm
The divisions for football/cheerleading are as follows:
Cheerleading and Football Grade/Age controls will be used in 2013:
5/6 - K & 1st Grade and 7 or younger on August 31st
7 - 2nd Grade and 8 or younger on August 31st
8 - 3rd Grade and 9 or younger on August 31st
9 - 4th Grade and 10 or younger on August 31st
10 - 5th Grade and 11 or younger on August 31st
11 - 6th Grade and 12 or younger on August 31st
12/14 - 7th & 8th Grade and 14 or younger on August 31st
A player will still be allowed to play up one grade level with park board approval
All Divisions Are Unlimited Weight To Play
All games will be played on Saturdays
K/1st Grade Division
70 lb. limit to carry the ball; practice 2 nights per week
(max 2 hrs.’, not past 8pm)
2nd Grade Division
85 lb. limit to carry the ball; practice 2 nights per week
(max 2 hrs., not past 8:30pm)
3rd Grade Division
95 lb. limit to carry the ball; practice 2 nights per week
(max 2 hrs., not past 8:30pm)
4th Grade Division
105 lb. limit to carry the ball; practice 3 nights per week
(max 2 hrs., not past 8:30pm)
5th Grade Division
115 lb. limit to carry the ball; practice 3 nights per week
(max 2 hrs., not past 8:30pm)
6th Grade Division
125 lb. limit to carry the ball; practice 3 nights per week

Unlimited weight; practice 3 nights per week
