2015 Touring Artist Application Form

  • Only one application per individual/company will be accepted.

  • Applicants must have participated in a CAFF-member Fringe festival prior to applying to the lottery.

  • Primary AND secondary contacts may be involved in only ONE production entering the lottery.

  • Only the primary contact will have authority to withdraw or make program changes.

Select a minimum of five (5) Festivals from the list of participating CAFF member Fringe Festivals.



  • Some festivals have fee variations for artist fees (based on running time, venue size, number of performances you select, etc.) The Festivals that have fee variations are indicated with an asterisk (*). The fee listed in the application form is an average fee. Depending on choices you make with these festivals, your fees may be more or less than listed on the touring application form. Please contact the individual festivals to get the most up-to-date information on the different fees and what they provide.

  • All application fees have been converted to Canadian dollars.

  • A minimum of five CAFF member festivals must be selected.

Applying to a Fringe in the US? CAFF has no ability to help you with applications for work permits/visas. Please contact the Festival directly to find out their policy on International performers. NOTE: You must be a resident or have a valid US Work Visa/Permit to be accepted into the San Francisco Fringe. If you do not have this already, do not include San Francisco in your options.
Your total fees owing will be due in full only once you are drawn in the lottery.
If you have already been accepted to and/or paid fees to any CAFF-member festivals for 2014, please list your acceptances and payments below:


Processing Fee:

  • There is a mandatory $25.00 (CAD) non-refundable processing fee.

  • If you are paying by credit card, the $25.00 (CAD) is processed on your card when your application is received. If you are paying by money order/certified cheque, enclose a separate cheque/money order for the amount made payable to: The Canadian Association of Fringe Festivals
