(21-2-X0253) GINST 002 - Transformative Education Through Value Integration
ACTIVITY 01 1. Explain the general understanding of Christian faith.
The Christian faith is based on Jesus Christ's birth, life, death, and resurrection. Many historians consider the spread and adoption of Christianity over the world to be one of the most successful spiritual missions in human history, even though it began with a small number of followers. Christians believe that they were taught by just one God, Jesus Christ. Christians believe in justification by faith, which means that humans may establish a genuine relationship with God by believing in Jesus as the Son of God, as well as his death and resurrection. Christians believe that there is an afterlife. While the exact nature of this life is unknown, Christians believe that many spiritual experiences in this life assist in preparing people for eternal life.
2. Identify and explain the different value orientations as expressed by different religious, moral- ethical and social-cultural perspectives.
The ethical components of culture are valued highly in cultural value orientations. The orientations specify how individuals should behave, think, and, most importantly, work in all situations. The results of the orientations show the value-based prescriptive decisions implicit in the form and usage of social and cultural organizations to verify sociocultural laws. When the three main value-orientations of distinctiveness, interactional loyalty, and unity are suitably evaluated, an act is morally good if it offers dignity and enriches the complete person. The importance of context in harmonizing our connections with others and being fully aware that our moral judgments are historical in and of itself is critical.
We judge based on our knowledge, and wisdom is a crucial component of that understanding. One example is our concern for the dignity of the environment in which we and humanity – including future generations – exist. Those nations where basic human nature is viewed as harsh, impartial, or reasonable; flexible or unchanging. When it is thought that human nature is terrible, numerous guidelines are presented to control the masses and force them to act correctly; when it is assumed to be good, there is potential for small government; when it is assumed to be malleable, organizations such as learning environments are formed to modify people in the right direction; and when it is assumed to be unchanging, such organizations receive almost no support. In societies where experiences determine value, an individual's worth is determined by the experiences he or she has experienced. The focus in cultures that value becoming is on how frequently and swiftly a person changes.
3. How important is faith in overcoming life’s difficulties?
Our religion is the most potent instrument for learning how to overcome life's challenges.
In many cases, we cannot swim around our problems; instead, we must trust God and learn to overcome challenges, endure, and not be disappointed. We will undoubtedly face unexpected challenges that will fill us with fear of the unknown. We will have to choose whether or not to go where God leads us at times like these, even if we do not understand what is going on. No

challenge, however, is overwhelming. Even the most severe issue may be conquered with sincere faith. Remember that God is always working, even if He may work secretly until the right moment arises, to show His answers to our prayers. Believe in Jesus' divinity and what He has accomplished for us. Remember God's promises from the Bible. Ask God to provide us the courage to keep listening to and acting on God's commandments.
4. Cite some concrete ways on how to become a true-blooded Salettinian?
Preach the Message and good words like a true-blooded Salettinian, and be nice to one another since we are individuals created in the image of God. Confront in trust and serve, as a true-blooded Salettinian. We must focus our energies on living the best Christian life possible. We should aspire to be the best version of ourselves, reveal what is hidden, and be one-of-a-kind.
Consider what Jesus displays, and then remove ourselves from situations that might lead to wrongdoing. If we do wrongdoing, we must accept responsibility and take the time to confess our sins to God, praying for mercy. Even if it takes time, we must be patient and maintain our confidence in God.
