Hailing with more than 18 years of widespread experience in various roles including Brand Strategy & Management, Marketing, Content and Communication Strategy with special focus on Digital Platforms (Video, App, Web and Social Media), Customer Engagement & Community Management Initiatives and On-Ground Activations Sales and Pre-Sales Support; in the Automobile (2-wheeler) Sector, Telecom and Information Technology & E-Learning Sector, I seek an opportunity for a challenging and enriching role in Conceptualizing and Execution of Marketing Strategies and Programs aligned with Brand Strategy in the short term, and “Brand Building - Vision Creation” in the long-term . Additionally having extensive hands-on experience in Project and Delivery Management in IT and E-Learning Space I have been instrumental in delivering high-value and high-volume projects also.
Being associated with some of the most renowned brands with strong customer connects and global recall, I have worked on deciphering the importance of translating market trends and customer affiliations into inputs for establishing market expectations and brand perceptions and help creating the Brand Strategy to ensure that the desired brand values and imagery are projected and percolated to the target audience.
I seek to continue utilizing my knowledge and skills to create & strengthen Marketing, Communication and Branding Efforts including Strategic Initiatives, Digital Solutions and On-ground activations and interactions to effectively increase business and revenue inflow for the organization and eventually contribute to what we can term as Corporate Brand Equity and Values in the longer run.

Spearhead Brand Strategy for Bajaj (Auto Finance Division) including Creation of all Messaging Platforms including Website, Brochures, Communication, Social Media Platforms and Newsletters to bring about Brand and Product Awareness along with pegging Motorcycle Financing as an Integral part of the Product Campaigns

  2. Spearheading the process of Conceptualizing, Creating and Monitoring Campaign messaging and Collaterals including design/execution and deployment for internal as well as external customers of Ericsson Global

  3. Revamping of Royal Enfield’s Entire Digital Platform Set from Scratch in Line with New Brand Identities and Persona catering to the Evolved Target Audience. Creation and Execution of Social media strategy for Royal Enfield – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

  4. Content Creation and Collation for Royal Enfield as the Chief Editor of the enthusiast focused magazine – The Beat. Custodian of all Archival Information on the History of the Brand and Vintage Products for Implementation into Marketing and Brand Campaigns

  5. Spearheading Community Management through initiatives, Influencer Incubation & Digital buzz creation around new products for Royal Enfield as part of Launch Campaigns

  6. Conceptualizing 360 degree branding solutions across platforms (Print, Radio, TV, Internet and Ground Activations) for multiple top notch clients of the Bennett and Coleman group (Times of India)

  7. Leading the sourcing/development of VAS applications for Tata Indicom, their strategic placement/promotions and creation of communication messaging around them

  8. Creating Marketing Solutions and Collaterals for IT services of Tata Infotech (Now TCS) for North American Markets.

I have additionally worked closely with Shell India and Castrol Biking in their digital activations as an active contributor from the motorcycling community for Brand and Product Campaigns

  • Conceptualizing and Creating Brand Strategy for Bajaj Auto finance and translating the same through Messaging and Collaterals from Bajaj Auto Finance. Strategic Inclusion of Motorcycle Financing as an integral aspect of Motorcycle Brand Communications for Bajaj Auto.

  • Spearheading the process of creating/adapting brand centric campaigns and collaterals across various platforms for all divisions of Ericsson Global. Ensuring all collaterals is not only Brand Compliant but also reflect the Ericsson style template. Devising Campaign Communication vehicles keeping in mind corporate initiatives as well as target audience specifics. Identifying various opportunities across various divisions where Ericsson Collaterals and messaging can be made better to communicate Ericsson internal values and customer focusing ideologies.

  • One of the key Stake-holders in the Strategic Business Planning process for Brand Positioning, Product positioning and Brand track and customer feedback for existing products and activities to refine them

  • Create Content Strategy around Motorcycle Financing and the Ease of Motorcycle Ownership for Bajaj Auto Finance and define Content Vehicles to percolate this information

  • Participate in Creation of Content Strategy; Create Archival Bank and Communication Docket for Global distribution for Ericsson.

  • Manage the end to end production of the publications, namely the ‘for the enthusiast’ magazine called ‘The Beat’ and the ‘Rides Journal’ along with the e-news letter from Royal Enfield. Create, collate and manage all content including video and images which goes live from to the media as well as the general public as well as on YouTube channel. Manage crowd-sourcing of content and identify contributors to help build content around the motorcycles.

  • Custodian of archival information and provide content as input for other marketing initiatives such as ad creatives, interactive exhibits for motor shows etc and maintain historical model information and serve as reference point for historical information and data for Royal Enfield

Product Strategy

  • Active Involvement in Strategic Development and Propagation of Brand Messaging for Bajaj V through various activities.

  • Active involvement in Product launches and the various ATL/BTL activities around the same – Thunderbird 500/Bullet 500/Continental GT

  • Interact with customers and participate in customer focus group discussions and market research programs to understanding the needs of the market and determine product fitment. For Royal Enfield

  • Conceptualize, Design and monitor the execution of Influencer programs where select people with significant internet presence and followers are given access to the Product lines and their opinion and views help build hype as well as value proposition around the product and brand.

  • Ride the motorcycles extensively and test under-development components and give detailed feedback for improvisation in product design and performance to the product development team

  • Conceptualizing and managing design and development of demo’s and POC’s built around STG Products to prospects

  • Define how the brand would speak about its solutions at conferences and assist in designing collaterals
