I am a victim of targeted psychoterror and directed energy weapons from Germany.

My Horrible Story

The whole thing started in 1986. In this year my parents and I moved from a suburb to the centre of the town of Constanta.
Our apartment was wall to wall to the apartment of our new neighbour. At first my parents were very hospitable, because they did not know anything about this neighbour.
After two years we noticed however, that many men frequently entered and left his apartment and that these people only intended to profit from us. This neighbour behaved strangely. Constantly he was changing his looks, like in the theatre, his face too, so as not to be recognized. Moreover he was always frightened by policemen, easily perceivable from his behaviour. It seemed, like he always was on crooked ways. The relationship to these people cooled down noticeably. Nevertheless their enormous interest in our apartment and our family did not diminish.
Wherever I and my mother went, we were followed by these dubious men. We felt observed and afflicted , because these people followed us everywhere.
After the Romanian revolution in 1989, this neighbour suddenly became very rich and powerful.

In 1989 my father fell ill from cancer of the oesophagus and all the economized money was used up for very costly and complicated operations. To the neighbour the situation and the fate of my father did not matter, but he was much more interested in my person only. I was unmarried and 19 years old then.

My private and intimate life was systematically surveilled and completely destroyed.

By the permanent irradiation with radio waves my face started to make uncontrolled movements. These scoundrels as well manipulated my emotions. These VIRTUELL DREAMS and the manipulations of my emotions occurred as well in Burma, Laos, Thailand and in Germany.

My dream , to move to Germany and marry a German, has come true, but I am still irradiated at night with strange visions. These felons try to persuade me, that my husband does not want me anymore, that he has another woman. They try to send me constantly back to Romania.

I do not want to be silent, nor to remain anonymous. Therefore I have to publish my horrible life story. I want the world to know, what sort of offences are perpetrated by these irradiation torture methods and what sort of psychic manipulations. I can call the names of the manipulating felons. But I can´t find the source of these irradiations. I am turning to the “Association against the Technical Psychoterror” in Germany, so as to try to protect me from the persecution from these circles.

My greatest wish is to be left alone , without torture and manipulation, to live with my husband in Germany. And that this inhuman irradiation finally is stopped at night.

I would like to report intensive, criminal abuse to my basic human rights since October, 2000.

From approx October 25^th, 2000, I have been constantly subjected to targeting by some form of directed energy which causes burning in and around the nervous system of my upper body. Since late 2000, I have been subjected to a field of highly unhealthy burning energy around, and throughout, my upper body.

This has had serious repercussions to my general state of health. If my health continues to decline at its present rate, I may not have many years yet to live.

From seven years investigation of my situation I have concluded the following:

1) I had several electronic implants placed within my body when I was approximately five to ten years old.

2) In mid 2000, I became a threat to those who covertly control many countries in the world because, thanks to hundreds of friends and contacts forwarding my emails, millions of emails were in circulation around the world naming such severe global abuse operations as the worldwide operation by a fleet of a few hundred planes and tanker planes spraying a highly unhealthy mixture (popularly known
as ‘Chemtrails’ or ‘Chem Trails’).

3) How exactly my personal location is detected, and what exactly is the technical description of the burning field or beam which continually causes burning effects in my body, I do not know. However, there are people who are becoming expert in the probable technology being used in targeting and

4) The number of people being targeted, abused, and tortured, is increasing.

5) The perpetrators of this remote and nasty abuse believe themselves to be beyond the law. That is what they hope. If we believe in a just and fair world, these criminals must be stopped.

6) My symptoms, since approx October 25^th, 2000: a) A burning sensation around and within my head, neck and shoulders.

7) My left eye has been targeted since 1981. In the late 1990s, I began to realise there are probably at least two implants within and around my left eye. In 1981, my left eye became suddenly very inflamed with no apparent cause. In hospital I had an injection into my left eye, and was told I may lose the sight in that eye. This was followed by six weeks of hell caused by various situations of intense pain in many parts of my head and body. These attacks, lasting several weeks, repeated every two or three years until around

My personal situation is part of a Nazi-like abuse of many people in the world by a group of humans or malevolent aliens (or both) which some governments have so far refused to acknowledge.

The governments in the world which refuse to take action against this horrendous abuse may well be governments which are covertly controlled by international financiers who are in fact the leaders of the factions who are organising and developing this remote targeting, abuse, and control technology.

At some point, possibly not too far off, this remote targeting and abuse technology may be aimed in general at the world’s entire population.

Please do your best to bring this small group of criminals to justice and help support the human rights of individuals worldwide.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to draw you attention to some unconscionable non-consensual experimentation on humans by the US government using all manner of cutting- edge, high technologies. The most heinous of these involves the use of very small robotic devices (e.g. nanotechnology) and engineered biologics,

I have been under surveillance using all manner of high-technology devices, including through-wall radar, Unmanned Airborne Vehicles (UAVs), Micro Airborne Vehicles (MAVs), bionic birds,

People have broken into my house repeatedly, once while I was inside. They have placed various substances in my coffee and soft drinks, and performed all manner of hoaxes and tricks, especially holographic image projections in an attempt to freak me out and have me make outlandish reports to the police, and have me diagnosed as mentally ill.

I have experienced various types of “gang stalking” where the perpetrators, organized with cell phones,
are always in visual contact with me at all times of the day and night. This is done conspicuously when
I am alone, and subtly when others are with me, thus making it appear to them as if I am imagining it.
Another persistent technique they have used is to cough, spit, or bring their hand to their face in my presence, in an effort to sensitize me to these behaviours and have me diagnosed as mentally ill. Stating to a mental health worker that people you don’t know are making gestures to you is a diagnostic criterion for paranoid schizophrenia.

My first-class mail has disappeared on multiple occasions from the US Post Office, including my tax forms and a request for an administrative hearing.

I have been targeted with directed electromagnetic energy on at least two occasions when it could be definitively identified. Once in front of Ralphs grocery store, and once in my driveway where I measured the power at over 100% of the FCC allowed limit for RF exposure on a Narda 8718 radiation hazard meter.

I have on multiple occasions been targeted with low frequency, less than 10 Hertz, subsonic sound, which causes a feeling of illness and nausea. This is another of many non-lethal weapons that have been developed and are being used surreptitiously and illegally on unknowing targets by the US government.

I have experienced all manner of malicious mischief and sabotage. Much of this has been done using very small robotic devices - perhaps not nanobots, let’s say microbots or millibots. Highly-integrated electronic equipment is particularly susceptible to sabotage by these devices. My security video recorder has been disabled on multiple occasions by these devices. Being so small, they can enter practically any location, and can also be used to alter electrical signals instead of just disabling devices.
Their size also effectively prevents their being located as they can hide in the smallest nook or cranny. Thus, they are also perfect for virtually undetectable surveillance. It’s amazing what can be done with microscopic robots.

The worst assaults have been using robots to deliver very bioterrorism devices into my body. Like bacteria and viruses, these are small enough to go in right through the skin;

I hypothesize that many victims’ experiences with what they consider to be directed energy weapons may in fact be a result of the use of these biological implants. The range of specific effects reported

As these sensations and effects cannot be directly observed by others, it is a perfect method for attempting to frame someone as mentally ill and have them diagnosed as such. Once such a diagnosis has been made, any claims of intentional maliciousness or assault are easily dismissed as confabulations or hallucinations, and no further investigation or thought is given them. In fact, just making such claims is enough to cause most people to jump to the conclusion that one is not playing with a full deck, so to speak, and stop listening.

I believe these technologies have been developed in secret by the military, and are being used on unwitting subjects without their consent. Although the perpetrators use the American flag as a symbol, this is entirely a propaganda technique, as these activities are the antithesis of what the country and constitution stand for. This is simply a continuation of a long history of non-consensual experimentation
on citizens by various government agencies, such as project MKULTRA, and just one of a large number of secret projects being performed by the military. They are clearly in violation of US implied consent laws, to say nothing of the international Nuremberg Code.

I have written many letters to many authorities and received absolutely no response. This is probably because many mentally ill people make very similar claims; the perpetrators know this and exploit it to avoid investigation. Also, I think it is difficult for most people to believe that the US government would so blatantly violate people’s civil rights, even though there is a long history of doing so. It is also clear on the basis of their participation

I am certain that an investigation into these matters would reveal startling results, as they have consistently in the past (e.g. project MKULTRA, COINTELPRO, etc).

I would like to draw your attention to some extreme and horrendous criminality being conducted with the involvement of United States Government-related Agencies and the complicity, if not participation, of many other governments and security agencies.

I am a victim of torture and abuse using DIRECTED ENERGY and NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS technology.

The criminal use of these on me are causing the following effects -

1.Microwave hearing. Yes.

2.Transmission of specific commands into the subconscious. Yes.

3. Visual disturbances, visual hallucinations. Yes.
The fascist artists  created moving pictures and showed criminal contents of their organizations. These moving pictures can move through the air  and  go to anywhere.
[For example, the plane will be crashed, before a day(or two days, or three days, or a week),they drew a plane in their moving pictures, sometimes, I heard a Chinese said: "will make a plane crash again", after the plane crashed, they wrote “We made XXXX plane crashed ."and sent this huge slogan to the air.]

4. Inject words, numbers into brain via electromagnetic radiation waves into brain? or into eyes? Yes!

5.Manipulation of emotions. Yes.

6.Reading thoughts remotely. Yes.

7.Causing pain to any nerve of the body. No, any pain to my body.

8.Remote manipulation of human behavior from space. Yes!

9. Harassment, stress symptoms such as helicopters flying overhead. Yes,have harassment,stress symptoms, I feel so  a stone on my body.
10.Seeing, as in a camera, through your eyes, i.e. to see what you see exactly.
They can make image show me. They filmed  a real person and projected into my living space. We can't find the person are film. The hallucinatory image person can speak, can move, like the person real body, the hallucinatory image person has touch, I can feel the person's touch.

11.Control of sleep patterns? They can control my body, and made some dream into my head.

12.Computer-brain interface, control and communication. Yes.see my attachment. They controlled my Computer-brain so slow, and sometimes they stop it.

13.Complex control of the brain such as retrieving memories, implanting personalities. Yes.

There is massive ignorance and secrecy regarding this, and victims such as I are being subjected to uncontrolled and unacknowledged torture and mental and physical destruction. This has remained completely unreported and undiscussed publicly. There are many others, all over the world, who are being subjected to similar torture and abuse.

Your attention is urgently needed to halt these atrocities, protect me, and bring these extremist elements to justice.

These secret electronic weapons criminals are world fascists, maybe these fascists live in your place.
