one or more of these problems, which shows that we are not safe from the existing and predicted urban problems. It is pertinent at this point for Nigerian government to adopt the
recommendations in this paper, in order to control the urbanization
process in Nigeria, and to ensure sustainable developments in both urban centres and rural areas.
