Executive Summary Worldwide Online Airlines / Hotels Reservation Portal by which any individual from their home, office or any other place where internet is available can book their Airlines / Hotels e-tickets from 500+ airlines and 200000 hotels throughout the world. No broker is needed to get their airlines ticket. Now a days most of the people are internet savvy and using such kinds of portals when they require to travel but all travel portals having some limitations, in this portal we will overcome with those limitations. By 500+ Airlines we will cover almost all air routes of the world (domestic and international) because every airline is covering almost 50 to 500 air-routes of domestic / international flights viz. : British Airways covering all routes of the uk domestic flights and in international flights from London to Capital of the other countries. Airlines Reservation Portal having very vast scope of lucrative business because Air Travel is not just a hobby of any person though it has become mandatory requirement of the people because in most cases travel plans are in quick time. As per report in 2011 : 980 Million International flight passengers and 1.77 Billion passengers in Domestic flight passengers have availed it. Approx 99% tickets have been booked through Airline Portals / Websites.
Every year the numbers of passengers are increasing in both kinds of flights (domestic / international ) because every year all the airlines are increasing their aircrafts and the routes. OUR TARGET Our target is to acquire 30% of the business from total revenue generated from airlines portal in next 5 years and in next 10 years we will acquire 50% or more out of total revenue.
OBJECTIVES The company having the following objectives: To obtain 500+ airlines reservation license within a month hotel booking license already taken. To obtain premium domains within first month. Finish the development of portal within 4 to 6 months. Establish support service (call center) for clients in last phase of development. Advertise the portal by web, social networking, newspapers, televisions etc within one year after completion of portal development. Achieve the expected revenue soon. To add new websites in every 3rd month for specific country to reduce the load in our main portal, we will develop approx 15 to 20 country’s specific website. KEYS TO SUCCESS We have already developed 2 Airline Portals with a few Airlines License, their url’s are given below, so we are experienced in portal development, their functioning and their management.
