Bottom half of the badge is gilt finished and has group of people, in reflief form, with outstreached arms. An unusual badge in having the finely detailed crochet work. Also c/w a work pass card issued to an Eastern Worker with finger prints & a photo attached showing a very similar 'OST' badge in use. One pocket strap has been replaced sometime in the past. Have all been re-blackened. Leather still supple. Brass fittings. Grade II-. $125* 3661 GERM WWI G98 THREE POCKET AMMUNITION POUCH. Black pebbled leather with manufacturer and date to the rev. "Max Hilbig, Leipzig, 16." One lower leather belt loop retainer strap torn through. BOth belt loops in GC. Very dark brown leather with two slits to obv, for provision of the leather grip retaining strap. (Not present). Marked "LBA" and "FL.ERS.ABT.25 3 KOMP" to rev. C/w leather combat belt dated 1915 and marked to JR 15. Belt with o/a service wear. Missing tab with d/claw holes and end catch. Grade III+ $70 3676 GERM WWI Prussian EM's Belt and Buckle. All steel buckle with no field-grey paint remaining. Some areas of light surface rust. Buckle centre-soldered. Appears to be period done. Black leather belt, showing age and wear. Adjustment tongue missing. Holes punched into the belt for the buckle prongs. Grade II- for buckle, Grade III for belt. $140 3677 GERM WW1 "HATE" BELT. Brass prussian EM's belt buckle, unusual in having a separate brass roundel instead of the normal W/M or nickel silver centre. Brown leather belt which has been shortened, inner adjusting tab now longer than the belt. Numerous WW1 tunic buttons attached to the belt, mostly British, some now missing. Large "1919" ink stamp on the outside of the belt. Grade II- $200 3678 GERM WW2 RAD LEADER'S BROCADE BELT & BUCKLE. Silver allumin- ium Buckle with RAD Insignia to obv. & Maker marked "A" (Assmann) & "D.R.G.M." to rev. Brocade shows light wear only. Brown wool backing material with a small amount of Moth damage. Both belt slides missing. Belt has been lengthened at buckle end, buckle re-applied, not noticable from front of belt. Does not detract. Belt size on inner leather adjusting strap 95cm. Scarce.
