IMPORTANT DATES FOR PARENTS – AUTUMN 2 2014

There may be events that you have not received information about yet on here but you will receive more details about these nearer the time. This list is just to make you aware of what is happening this half term.

NOVEMBER
Monday, 3rd	Back to school.
Wednesday, 5th	Year 5 Movie Magic morning. 9.00-10.00a.m. for parents.
Tuesday, 11th	All year groups involved in the official opening of our new playground area. Sports activities for each class at allocated times during the day.
Wednesday, 12th	Parents Consultations – 1.30-7.00p.m. A letter was sent home on 21^st October. Remember to book your appointment on-line. Contact the school office for more information if you are unsure what to do.
Friday, 14th	Newsletter available on line with paper copies in the Parents file in reception. Diabetes Onesie Day - £1 to wear your Onesie or pyjamas to school with all proceeds going to Diabetes charities. Look out for the flyer with more information.
Monday, 17th	Greek Olympiad for Year 6.
Tuesday, 18th	Year 4 Sound Workshop.
Wednesday, 19th	Childline assembly for Years 5 and 6.
Monday, 4th	INSET day so school and Breakfast Club will be closed.
Tuesday, 25th	Year 4 Theatre Group Childline workshops for Year 5 3.30-5.30p.m. – Story and Craft parent and child workshops – details to follow. 7.00-8.00p.m. – Cheese and Wine parent forum – details to follow.
Wednesday, 26th	Childline workshops for Year 6
Thursday, 27th	Year 4 Theatre Group – 2.30 performance for parents.
Friday, 28th	7.00-9.00ish – Family Bingo and BBQ night to raise funds for the 201 Rock Challenge. Come along for a fun evening.
DECEMBER
Monday, 1st	Maths Active Learning Day
Wednesday, 3rd	3.05-4.15p.m. - Xmas Fayre
Thursday, 4th	a.m. – Choir to Hedge End 9.00-9.30a.m. – 6C Class assembly for parents.
Thursday, 11th	Year 4 Xmas Performance – 2p.m. and 5.30p.m.
Tuesday, 16th	9.00-9.45a.m. - Carol Concert for Yrs 3 and 4 parents Lunchtime – School Christmas Dinner
Wednesday, 17th	3.15-4.30p.m. – Winter Disco
Thursday, 18th	9.00-9.45a.m. - Carol Concert for Yrs 5 and 6 parents Class Parties
Break up on Friday, 19^th December at 3.05p.m. Back to school Monday, 5^th January, 2015 at 8.40a.m.
