The Jews say that at the Maccabean revolt, a lamp was lit and although there was only enough oil to last one day, it lasted eight days. Seven Feasts commanded by God are given in Leviticus 23. Jews and Christians agree that the Old Testament is the inspired word of God, so it is logical for Christians to witness to Jews using the Old Testament.
