3. Rapid Incorporation of New Converts into the Life and Ministry of the Church. New believers are encouraged to witness immediately to others and help start new churches.
4. Passion and Fearlessness. There is boldness and a sense of urgency on the part of believers in CPMs.
5. A Price to Pay to Become a Christian. In areas where the Gospel is discouraged by society or government, uncommitted church members are screened out and the remnant is dedicated. Jesus taught his disciples to witness under persecution, and when persecuted in one place, to flee to another place to witness (see Matt. 10:16-23).
