Health Information

• Health care services: the class of services provided by physicians, nurses, and other clinical providers who work in the ambulatory care, acute care, rehabilitative and psychiatric care, and long-term care facilities
• Information generated by and related to all aspects of health services and organizations are referred to as Health Information
• For effective health care provision, health information is important
• Health information is of immense value in the care for patients, prevention of diseases and managing health services
