Nexteer Automotive, a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, is to expand its global headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. The company is investing $70m in the facility, which will lead to the creation of 325 jobs at the site. The expansion, the result of a new contract for the company's 12-volt rack electric power steering system, is due to be completed in 2014 and will comprise the expansion and upgrade of development, manufacturing and test capabilities.
