   Right-click on the link of the file

   Select the Save Target As command to display the Save As dialog box

   Select the location from the Save in drop down list

   In the File name box, you can use the default file name provided or specify a name of your choice and click the Save button.

   Click the Close button or you can choose to Open Folder to view the file or execute a program
   

To copy the content of a Web page to a Word document, perform the following steps:

   Open the Web page and select the Edit à Select All command to select the contents of the page

   Select the Edit à Copy command menu to copy the contents on the clipboard
   
3. 
   Open a new Microsoft Word document
   
4. 
   Select the Edit à Paste command to paste the selected content of the Web page including text, image, and URLs
