Recording and storing signatures
Maximo Anywhere uses Real Signature and electronic signature to record and store signatures.
By using Real Signature, you can efficiently record and store signatures in Maximo
Anywhere mobile apps. After a signature is recorded, the signature is stored as an image, and it is attached to an associated item or work order.
Electronic signature records and stores signatures for work order status changes.
By enabling electronic signature in Maximo Asset Management, you require that users provide a signature when they change the status of a work order.
