ADB PPTA. Review of BPNG’s microfinance and Savings and Loan Society legislation, microfinance regulation and supervision practice. Developed extensive recommendations for legal and regulatory reform and improvements to on and off-site supervision. Responsible for designing Phase II project components relating to improving microfinance outreach through financial education campaigns and the development of mobile phone banking technologies.
