Interviewing Alesha Dixon for a new Fitness First Class. Hanging round for ages. Then not really being in the mood to get small talk with other journalists. Being v jealous of Sophi from the Star who could rock in at whatever time she wanted. All I did was publish the photo of me and Alesha

Soooooo many Roof Gardens parties – lots of lavish Wimbledon tennis ones with Richard Branson. Richard being a smooth mover and introducing me to his son Sam.

Blackberry Pearl launch at Roof Gardens where Natasha Bedingfield perfomed. Mark Ronson DJ’ed and Sav and Dynamo did magic tricks. I managed to get backstage to interview Natasha.

Revolutionary Road premiere with Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes, just before they announced their split. Trying and failing to get Kate for a pic. She’s changed since becoming famous. Slimmed down! But I got Gwyneth Paltrow and her amazing legs the following week,

27 Dresses Gala Screening at Sketch with the Sugababes (both Keisha and Amelle took their boyfriends). Amelle took Freddie who got stabbed later that year (and they refused to talk then). Liz McLarnon, Beverley Knight (who is sooooo friendly and nice and has lots of fab shoes but not the level of fame she deserves), Danielle Lloyd, twins Sam and Amanda Marchant from Big Brother. This was on the same day as the Blondie musical Desperately Seeking Susan so I went from this play to the Susan after-party. didn’t even see the Susan play 

Vitamin Water getting me into tons of London Fashion Week shows (and then Liz Matthews etc being rude to me for thinking I was tabloid). Especially the Gianmarco Lorenzi show one year- sooo rude!

Lazy journalism – don’t even need to ask stars qs any more, we can just get photos of them and us.

Sunday Mirror abuse –changing my working hours at the last minute so that I ended up crying loudly in the disabled toilet, on the floor. Being so scared of not getting a story, I woke up at4am on occasions! I gave my own money to the Amy Winhouse contact as I was desperate to geta story. Cash!

The launch of a new LG phone at Sktech and another at Shoreditch house secret garden. SO much money spent!

Launch of a new nightclub at the Grange Hotel, St Pauls. Did anyone VIP actually show? The biggest VIPs were me and my intern Rose.

Tropic Thunder premiere and filming Ben Stiller on my flip. The film was soooo dull!-

The ITV4 crime writers awards – yawn!

Kerrang! Award hedonism. Kele from Bloc Party got in a fight. Someone got run over outside the after party in Hoxton. Someone climbed over a table and got glass in their body (ambulance!). Too much Jegermeister and whisky (Jack Daniels from the bottle for Sarah Harding!)

TV Schedule launches – a lot of writer in one room but with special catering and goody bags. It was good at the Sky 1 launch as we got a leather bag. At the LIVING party, a couple got married (Nicola mclean) and we got wedding cake and I met the Hoff. At another, it was in Holland Park and Lisa Snowdon wondered round with the Next Top Models. Did Mick Jagger turn up later…or was that a QUINTESENTIALLY summer party at Holland park. Same venue, different luxury parties!

Quintessetially parties – v society. One in Manchester SQ. One in Annabels, where I snogged Justin G.

The Brtish comedy awards – fun meeting Jonathan Ross and geeky comedians. Good to meet the writer of Peep Show. If only I hadn’t been too scared to follow up, I could have had a film written about me!

Simon Pegg at Run Fatboy Run premiere. Not watching the film, but loving Simon Pegg!

Blood Diamond – premiere with Leo Di Caprio and Dijmon Hounsou. Watching the movie. Gatecrashing the pre-party at The Dorchester. Lots of Champagne despite the sad nature of the film.

Harry Potter after party at old billingsgate market where all the stars except Rupert Grint were in VIP room. I chatted to Rupert and his chef friend about ice cream vans and golf. My sister and I got a photo like we were in Harry Potter movie.

Vodafone Live Music Awards – meeting the Pussycat Dolls in their dressing room and Nicole Scherzinger warming up in frnt of me. Fancying their manager Jeff, before discovering he was shagging Melody. Seeing Lewis Hamilton wait outside the dressing room politely. On the bus to Brixton and writer Nadia had her hair stroked!

Taking lots of friends roller skating for my birthday. Ed bringing a cake and cryig because I broke it. Firgas getting me a better cake served by a topless boy band. Getting diamonds from Ed…and breaking up with him. Ed crying outside the Amy Winehouse gig. Vomiting in my sink when I dumped in. But I caught them all in the interval, eventually!

I even chatted to Dizzee Rascal and I found the smokers area with Jonathan Saunders (who loved my handbag), Nick Grimshaw, Alexa Chung and the statuesque Game Of Thrones actess Gwendoline Christie (although I did not know who she was!)

It was weird how I found out about Firgas’ pregnancy. I found out at Smooth You Halloween party (that I hosted to get free hair extensions) because she confessed to Shaun Stafford’s wife Sophie and I could not believe it because I thought Sophie was chatting about Sarah Cawood.

I doA LOT to stay in shape like a celebrity form running the marathon to training with Shaun Stafford and Derrick Twum, Frame Classes, Boom My Body Spinning, Barry’s Bootcamp and the Iyashi dome sweating as much as I would do in a marathon).

Grooming treatments – massage at Laetitia Haute Coiffure to Eyebrow Tattoo at Karen Betts. But I’m not good at eyelashes. I remember when Gok Wan pulled them off me one day!

Getting hair extensions done at so many random places – for free!! First I won it at the salon near Chalk Farm tube. Then I couldn’t afford it so me and my sister got clip-ins from Luton that I sewed. Then Lauren Pope had ones with clips already. Clip-ins from Dorothy Perkins, Primark and Jessica Simpson ones from Selfridges. Michelle Griffin put some back in again and I travelled to Brimingham for more until she was hungover and ruined my hair. Then Smooth You until Firgas made me and Katie fall it and the owner put cheap quality hair in. Then a salon in Finchley that had really bad straight hair that matted and a v sad xmas tree and mad people. Finally happiness with Tatiana in Kensington, where I should be. Inanch was also a v good one but I felt insecure because she was sooo good, they did lots of celebs and I borrowed Pia Michi’s dresses too but did I get them enough publicity?

Tatiana Hair Extensions party – turning on the charm to get free extensions. Dressing to the nines and being confident to talk to Tatiana.

Using a similar charm on Tatiana as I do to Nina Naustdal –another scary lady! Hardly any celebs except an ex Hollyoaks star and Cheska from Made in Chelsea.

Childline Ball at a posh hotel wit Esther Rantzen…but Amanda Holden made it worth going.

Jackass 3D premiere – meeting Johnny Knoxville and getting him to record a message to me. Seeing TOWIE stars and not bothering to talk to them as I don’t know who they are. My sister recognising them! And then my sisters boyfriend missing the bus back and sleeping in EustonSquare.

Soooo many polo adventures, including indoor polo at the Gaucho O2. Taking Alex as a photographer and having a great view behind the goal line . Taking my sister to the SilverSpring polo at Hurlingham and sitting with the South Africa team. Her sneezing all day! Cartier polo with Norm. Christms carols with Laura after I broke up with Alex. Richard Caddle and the dull Oxford v Cambridge varsity polo.

Chalet Girl premiere at Westfield. Trying desperately to make it interesting as not many stars there. Ed Westwick from Gossip Girl was the hottest 

Very.co.uk fashion show – meeting One Direction before they were anything. But getting almost thrown out by the EVIL ITV PR, who thought I was still in tabloids and paranoid. Chattin up by Wagner (a bit unprofessional)
