There was an F1 party at 50 st james casino once, which I also had to gatecrash. I was photographed playing cards / roulette with Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe. Yum! But later on he took objection to something I wrote in Sunday Mirror.

Globe Theatre – Under The Black Flack Pirate party. Having a picnic with a Pret a Manger platter with Cava and Mail on Sunday features. Classy (not!)

Seeing shows for free – eg Dirty Dancing.

Smash and Grab at Punk – the Peaches Geldof / Kelly Osbourne and Amy Winehouse / Kate Moss weekly events. And Proud regulars. BUT then it backfired – Kelly Osbourne.

Entertainment News 10^th anniversary party at Cuckoo Club. Hardly any celebs but great industry inc Nick Valentine. It was shortly around that time we dated? AMAZING canapés!

Reminded me of the time I went with Norm, the day before I flew to Florence and we got sooo drunk after drinking at Veeraswamy, then lots of cocktails (spicy chilli martinis) with Lachlan Cartwright. Snogging Lachlan. Trying to go swimming the next day at LA Fitness to ease the hangover (like after I went to the Austrian restaurant with Alex) but still feeling rotten ALL day until I ate the pret a manger sandwich before the Ryanair flight. For some reason I got a coach to Stansted from Victoria.

Going to Milton Keynes for a Robbie Williams gig…and the best bit about the gig was the dinner before! Bodyrock – weird songs.

Katy Perry gig in Brixton and kissing her. Fighting my way through teenage fans to make this happen. Looking v sweaty in the photo as I was soooo desperate to make it happen. And I think I was wearing a dress with a red wine stain as I hadn’t washed it since meeting Jordan at the Ripleys museum. The dress itself was free in the first place as Firgas blagged it for me.

Sumptuous Blackberry Pearl party at Fulham Palace. Custom-built marquee. Menu on the way in with all the canapés. But not super star-studded. Jodie Kidd was probably the biggest name. Waiters putting their chewing gum in the curtains as they knew the structure would be pulled down. Sav and Dynamo did magic tricks. Johnny Borell from Razorlight did a gig.

Sort of good Blackberry Bold party in Covent Garden Piazza. Let down by the fact that it was boiling hot, there was no air, more alchol than water and a woman fainted inside. Hot Chip did a DJ set and The Feeling performed live. Veuve Cliquot and canapés and bowl food and 4 types of dessery including choc mousse, choc dipped strawberries and passion fruit cakes,

Boyzone at the O2 and getting photo taken with them backstage, inc Stephen Gately. They were all FIT – especially Keith and Shane. I ran the marathon with Ronan. Talked about SpongeBob Square Pants with Stephen Gateley.

Getting on with CarolineHead from E! entertainment and using that to set up a meeting with E! when I went for the Oscars. But it all went slightly sour when Pamela Anderson was visiting for a reality TV show and there was chaos at The Dorchester.

Up and coming bands by Sony Ericsson. Seeing Emeli Sande and not realising she would be famous! Eliza Doolittle. Pixie Lott.

Going to Paris for the day to interview Agyness Deyn. Getting first class travel on Eurostar (by Reebok / Saatchi) and drinking soooo much Champagne on way back. But stressful to do there, back and find Pompidou centre in one day.

London Restaurant Awards – sharing a table with Caprice \holdings inc executive \des brown, the ivu concierge and le caprice concierge Jesus Adorno.

Getting bribed by Zavvi - £100 xmas vouchers, two years in a row even before they were going bust. Having a box for England vs Switzerland football at Wembley but being late because of the Jubilee line. Going to the Groucho Club after (how I met Paul Stokes). Paul partied longer / later than me although I do remember the champagne with strawberries in and getting leered at by Mark Borkowski.

Orient Express and dad…and Rolf harris! Befriending Zanny Gilchrist, the Goodwood PR, even though she was a lot older than me. I sucked up. I sucked up EVEN MORE to Diana Butler at Guards and it even paid off when I was at Sunday Mirror…

The Spirit premiere at the Old Sorting Office and trying to get close to Eva Mendes but she was In a VIP area at the film premiere behind a rope. And then she left. And I was freezing and don’t think I got anything from that party, except a fake story from that dancer Theo and Emmanuel Ezugwu (and a lot of stress).

Keira Knightley staying in the VIP area of one of her premieres but Dominc Cooper from mama mia mingling with EVERYONE. Catching up about the GQ awards as he wasJames Corden’s flatmate. I sort of imagined that he fancied me 

South Bank Sky Arts awards – great access thanks to Mat Horne’s girlfriend Katherine BUT not great celeb guests, because of the mix of highbrow. A random mix – Russell Kane, Olivia Colman. I think I met Mel C one year  Always a nice day at The Dorchester, even if we get rubbish sandwiches and not a three course meal.

Taking my housemate Jenny to see George Micheal’s last gig (and it being rubbish).But tickets cost £100 each!

Getting drunk in the afternoon after Sky Arts awards, similar to after the Ivor Novello awards (when Lily Allen mooned out the window of the pub!). Amy Winehouse won an Ivor in 2008 and took ages to come out. Did she actually collect it or did her dad collect it for her? At the Vodafone Live Music Awards, she sent the landlord of the Hawley Arms to collect her award!

The ballet…and feuding with Matt Smith. But getting Chanel perfume in the goody bag (ebay!)

Fool For Love theatre show with JulietteLewis – she is such a good performer. Then going bowling with her at the Bloombury Bowling Alley and Karaoke. She’s WILD

Lunching and dining the Warner Music people and Shoshanna Stone….and then getting to meet JLo. Interviewed her at Amika while she was pregnant and we both wore animal print dresses. I met Kylie through Murray at her film premiere in a dress that I had to borrow with tights that were the wrong colour. Did my back in asI had to bend down so much and walk through Leicester Sq in my heels

Teenage Cancer Trust gig at Royal Albert Hall- Noel Gallagher and The View. Best thing about it was the iTunes cards in the goodybags. I may have got more than one 

Imitate Modern’s Art Gallery Parties - where I met Peter Adediran. And the Kanaloa party for Lynx Golf, aside from Natalie Pinkham.

Celebrity Nose of the year at Mint Leaf. Nikki Sanderson having the best nose? Alesha Dixon’s PR Liz Matthews preventing me from talking to her!!

Mint Leaf hosting lots of events, inc Derren Brown’s after party where I got to talk to him. Fashion shows. Theatre after-shows…But I never ate there. I ate at the one in the city once with Sarah Bull (before I met Harry Harrison).

Friday treats with Amar – champagne or chocolate based. From Apostrophe to a posh hotel.

The Grand Prix ball – rubbish party at Hurlingham with Dariush Danesh. Not too bad at Silverstone at Stowe school (where sting performed) but sooo hard to get home. Taxi!!!

Dolce Vita Ball at Old Billingsgate – one year amazing with Gordon Ramsay. Next year ok with Will Young, Beverley Knight (2006), Sophie Anderton and Eddie Jordan (clic sergeant). I pretended to be vegetarian as the meat menu was inedible.

Getting a free X Box at the Viva Pinata party at Kensington Roof Gardens as they said I was a VIP and I was on the VIP list. Then I refused, threatened to write about it in my column and they sent one to the Sunday Mirror offices. But then I had to transport it home to Old Kent Road and it was HEAVY!!

Having a big ambition to be on TV so inviting a camera crew to Sunday Mirror office on a Saturday (deadline day) and having to sneak camera crew in. Chatted bout Paris Hilton, but you couldsee I looked stressed about time on screen. AND you could see my eyebrows looked v overplucked!!

Elemis party at One Marylebone – goody bag must be worth about £500 with dressing gown, huge Elemis anti-ageing product, huge milk bath glass bottle

The launch of so many products that failed – eg Canderel chocolate at Paper nightclub (even the nightclub failed!) The Supper Club at Chinawhite, by society girl Tasmin lonsdale, But I met Chinawhite owner John Stephen at that party. Dolce London nightclub failed. 24 nightclub. Amika nightclub in High Street Ken.

Clinton video cards at 5 Cavendish Square – with David Hasslehoff upstairs. Alex being chatted up by evil Susie Tabloid Fox and Nikita Mahajan (so me having he last laugh)

Silver nightclub (I think this became Jalouse when it failed). Lavish launch party with John Legend, Patron Tequilla then fingerprints that got your coat for the cloakroom

Flute Champagne bar – it was sooo dark inside! But I did have a good day when I filmed there for my Fashion YouTube. One day I went with Craven Gossip and myself and Nikki ended up puking afterwards. I had THE WORST headache.

Failing myself – I should have been nice to Elliot from Bacchus PR when he invited me to lunch as he rose through the ranks and could have helped more. We met at Bluebird Kitchen vintage event with Emily Maddick, v strange event.

Launch of the Love Music, Love Food Rock Star Cook Book – did anyone actually turn up at Selfridges, Disgusting blue cocktails made by Sweet and Chilli bar owner Alan, who Firgas loved. But I got to know Kas Mercer (Metallica) better and Gillian Porter from Hall or Nothing PR

Firgas also got on with a PR boy (Alex?) at the Westbury Hotel so we went to a dull fashion show, with toy mice in the cabinet!

ALL THE ESCAPADES WITH JOANNA – Taking her and sophie to Crystal for Ludacris and her spilling her drink over Andrea McLean from Loose Women. Her falling off booths. MOBO Awards meeting Megaman. Wireless Fest - charming Dappy with boobs. V Festival and London Lifestyle drunkenness, Mary Kay cosmetics cool (everyone loved her eye make-up), Silver Spring cool polo – everyone loved eye make-up again! Harry Potter premiere, meeting Rupert Grint and everyone else was behind the VIP rope. So we just took photos! Going to Ibiza with her for 48hours and her being a true diva.

Going to the London Press Club charity ball with Sunday Mirror in Oct 2009 with Tina Weaver (instead of Sean Hamilton). Tina buying a car in the auction!

Most of Revolver Films films being rubbish – Deviation with Danny Dyer. Skank with Kaya Scolederio in Brixton that ran soooo late. Arbritrage when Richard Gere ran past us! Metro film premiere with Shilpa Shetty then an after-part at Tiffin Bites, a cheap restaurant in the city (EC2V). The Kid with Rupert Friend (Keira Knightley’s ex) and Natasha Mchelone (in ER once)

Vendome nightclub in Mayfair with Fraser Carruthers. Does anyone go there any more? Russell Brand attended the launch party with a whole booth of women!

Weird Walkers Crisps launch at Roast in Borough Market. Joey Essex and Chloe Sims in their 3d glasses. We had to guess the mystery flavour. Gary Lineker turned up and was rude. Previously I went to the Walker’s World Cup flavours party at Orchid club near Piccadilly. I chatted to Una Healy from The Sats (ad filmed her on the Flip) and then met the lovely Ben Foden, her rugby playing husband. I ate lots of weird crisps flavours. The weirdest may have been the giant crisp that I climbed in Brick Lane (with Jordan, Gary Lineker, Boxer Amir Khan, long jumper Greg Rutherford)

Weird party to celebrate the launch of Kylie Minogue bedding for Ashley. But we did get sheets in the goody bag (even if they did hurt because they had sequins on them). Got to speak to Kylie (2008) – post cancer

CANNES COULD HAVE A FEW CHAPTERS IN ITS OWN RIGHT! Wall st 2 premiere night – the long long gatecrashing task – finally made it and posed by the ball in my short dress! From a slum with 2 men to a luxury beachsde villa to not even having abed in the art gallery.

Playing table tennis with Boris Johnson at some political event at City Hall. Reminicisng about when he wrote a column about me. Watching how he was great at networking, never talking to the same person for more than 3 mins. Meeting Michael Howard’s stunning wife Sandra and talking about books.

Meeting Daniel Craig at the Independent Film Awards. He was modody. Told me the blue Casino Royale shorts had been burned. I tried to warm him up by talking about The Mother but he wasn’t interested. Is he shy?

Launch of New Zealand rugby world cup 2011 (party hosted in 2008) in a giant rugby ball in Potters Field Park, near Tower Bridge. Great canapés and wine and getting to know Gill travel editor who I used to work with at Sunday Mirror). This being one of the keys to getting my New York travel feature (on Silverjet and staying in the London before a Chinatown dump) and my Red Bull Air Race feature. And Venice with Ed Scott, staying in the Molino Stucky. Eating Cadburys Crème eggs on the private boat.

Sharing a cigarette with Martina Cole outside a party with Piers Hernu. Was it one of Stephen Mahoney’s weird parties for Mauro shoes at the Grays antiques market in Bond Street? Then getting invited to her book launch The Business. Her knowing Piers Hernu and then me trying to get a story about Cerys Matthews and Marc Bannerman as Marc and Piers were staying with her.

Piers Hernu’s relentless quest for a story. Befriending Amy Winehouse and travelling to a gig in Old Trafford with her. Getting to know Pete Doherty and going to stay with him and his smelly cats!

Soho house festival. Attempting to talk to Jamie Cullum in Shoreditch then givig upand drinking champagne / eating lobster and cupcakes. V similar lavish spread to the soho house festival in Cannes (that nobody except Jamie Theakston went to!) Bus to the decadent events – such a contrast!

State of Play premiere with the legendary Bill Nighy. Bill is one of the coolest celebs I keep meeting – he even remembered me at the David Bowie exhibition at V&A museum.

Capital Awards Help a LondonChild Awards at Rverbank London and hassling Denise Van Outen about her relationship with Lee Mead. Then panciking and being up and down like a jack in the box as I had no reception at the hotel.

Audi R8 launch with Dita Von ‘No Titties’. Meetig Jon Zamnett and indecent proposal at Brown’s hotel, being told I looked like Neneh Cherry.

All the posh English National Ballet parties, summer parties and Christmas parties – aways with Champagne or afternoon tea canapés or luxuriously posh supper canapés.

Doing the FIRST EVER interview with Adele in January 2008 – and our close relationship after. Her talking about Gareth Gates and how she was sick with excitement over Take That. Starstruck. She bought me drinks and invited me to house parties.

Being invited then un-invited. Fighting with the PR to get an invte to Channig Tatum’s stripper movie on my 30^th birthday.

Its so easy to be an alcoholic- launches of new drinks, eg Tatinger Champagne, Lanson champagne (and Enugerrand Bajot). A plug for a glug!Moet and Chandon knowing Alex, who moved to Belvedere. Japanese Whisky dinner. Bloom Gin

Lucy Jackson – Grey Goose. Getting into lots of parties through her. Eg in Cannes. She sponsored Elle Style Awards a few times. London Fashion Week. I even pretended to be her at parties!

Strawberry shortcake shooters in the Light Bar at St Martin’s Lane hotel with Waj when Kevin Collins DJ’ed. Soooo tasty. Then going to Hakkasan with Kevin Collins once – he eats lots!

The Chocoloate Unwrapped festival at London’s Vinopolois – EATING EVERYTHING. No celebs, but I get treated like a VIP instead.

Trying a chocolate / champagne cocktail at Dukes Hotel near Bond Street during chocolate week, made with Mozart Chocolate Liqueur.

Academy of Chocolate Awards – I was a judge of chocolate truffles. Eating 36 truffles (although halves). Just before I ran the marathon. With bread in between.

Thornton’s chocolate tasting at Sanderson hotel – getting really told off for drinking Champagne as it ruins tastebuds. The same master chocolatier had a bad temper as he was caught going into Hotel Chocolat and ruining things! Arrested!!

Krispy Kremes – getting sent a whole box every time a new flavour launched! Calling in LOTS for when I left Sunday Mirror. Calling in lots for my book launch. Even calling in lots for Firgas’ birthday at Cordy House!!

However, a lot of ‘working’ lunches are awkward as I am under pressure to get a story. I would rather go to Nobu with Emily Maddick  At the Sunday Mirror, I ended up going to my house in a taxi ‘to think’ between 1245 and 230, getting back by 3pm.

Breakfast at the Wolesley with the guy from Kiss Radio (Matt) that I met at the BladeRun

Breakfast with Shoshanna Stone at the Wolesley and Sony team, just befoe she took over. But it was a real effort as I was at home with parents and went back specifically for that breakfast.

Going to Gordon Ramsay’s GastroPub The Narrow with ITV’s Katherine, and bumping into Mike fro News who Kate had previously shagged.

Going to the Ivy with Aroon and being angry as he was sooo late. Then he gave me a ride in his Jaguar.

Regular lunching partners – Basia Briggs, Kevin Collins, Theo Dancer, Nina Samuel Camps (then she got pregnant), Bethany Tang (now has 2 kids), Stuart Bell, Warner Music and Lauren and LouiseMaybe (who was a veggie!), Music’s Andy Prevezer at Wild Honey (who was Sean’s contact and not mine and therefore gave me hardly any stories). Lois Hillgrove (remember when I went t a dinner party at Lois’ home)

Same as PR Stuart Higgins, a former tabloid editor, who I did an interview with Martin from Eastenders and had an office in Victoria. Important man, but still pervy. He went to help Oscar Pistorious in his murder trial?

Going out with Sean Hamilton to Galvin’s with Posh and Becks’ PRs – Simon Olivera and Jo Malloy. Resisting the veal brains but drinking lots of red wine and ‘seeming’ to get on well.

We visited 19 management offices in Battersea bit didn’t get too much out of it except annoying Tim Lovejoy videos…and lunch at Tom’

Schizophrenic Simon Jones from Hackford Jones. Nice at Century Club and when he wanted me to interview Simon Webbe from Blue but that was it.
