Dear Eleni
Dear EleniFINAL
SETTLEMENT OFFER ON THE TABLE UNTIL 12/31/21
$15,983.
It is only fair to give you an opportunity to attempt to correct any mistakes you might have made inadvertently or otherwise, to the extent that is possible.
At this point, I will await your response before I make a final decision as to what legal option I will pursue. If a court filing is necessary, I am fully confident in prevailing against you.
Please do not attempt to negotiate anything lower than this amount. Any additional terms you would like to add to agreement will be considered. Please respond no later than 12/31/21. After that time, the opportunity to settle out of court is no longer on the table.
On a final note…..
You have the right to dislike me. What you can’t do is to continue to run a business while abusing your power over your employees. I am not going to allow you to get away with sidestepping around and skimming off minimum wage overtime hours and refusing to provide meals and breaks. My attitude in life is that I will always choose to take a stand for truth and integrity, Eleni. I have no fear of what you or Bob or anyone the likes of either of you thinks about me. When it comes to facing adversity head on or questioning authority or being the one fighting back against injustice, you chose the wrong woman to underestimate and violate. Your actions against me were intentional as much as they were unwarranted and have greatly affected my life in a negative way by threatening my entire livelihood and sense of stability and pride as a productive human being.

“There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but let their never be a time when we fail to protest.”

Sincerely,

Chantee V Edwards
