The people at InduslaSal Light and Magic 0LM) were very helpful in providing

images for this book, including the image that appears on the front cover. Thanks go to

Douglas Smythe for sharing the details of his mesh warping algorithm. Lincoln Hu

deserves special mention for expediently coordinating the transfer of images and for his

meticulous attention to detail. Doug Kay helped make all of this possible by pushing this

past the lawyers and red tape.
