5.6 Safety Management System This section may refer to the Non-production Safety Case or Production Safety Case, but maybe standalone if a well is suspended as the well may not be covered by the SMS of any associated safety case. 5.7 Emergency Response The requirements of this section of the safety case areas per section 4.7. 25 The associated Non-production Safety Case or Production Safety Case must include any other Safety Critical Elements needed to carryout the Well Work Activity not covered under the Well Work Safety Case, such as a BOP. This equipment will need to be included within the Well Verification Scheme.
