Already at sometime in the past. Do not confuse
already with
just .
just means something that happened very recently (possibly
a few seconds ago, e.g.
we have just arrived at the airport. 2.
Yet is frequently found in the affirmative and negative forms and refers to a period that started in the past and progresses up to (and possibly beyond) the present moment.

Still has the same meaning as
yet , but is stronger. It indicates that a situation has not changed and may suggest surprise or concern.
