Microenterprises are classified as business with assets of not exceeding three million peso (P3,000,000) and have one to nine employees. This business classification covers the 91.6% of the total MSMEs in the country and 29.8% country’s total employment share.

At this present time, more and more people are entering into the verge of entrepreneurship with or without proper knowledge about it. Some get very successful even they did not take a course or degree on entrepreneurship and some flopped in their business even they had proper entrepreneurial skills they got from formal education.
