X axis show the treatment groups (N7, A1, A7 and R). The left y-axis shows the gene-family profiling of the subunits, illustrating the composition of paralogs within a tissue in the different groups. The right y-axis shows the overall relative within-tissue expression of the subunit in the treatment group in each tissue. Data sets are normalized to the external RNA control mw2060. No statistical differences between groups compared to N7 were found (One-way ANOVA). Values are means ± S.E.M. N = 6-8/group.
