Grading System• Deanship of Admissions will send the application and transcript to the faculty for course evaluation.
• Faculty evaluation is forwarded to the University Office of Examinations for final processing.
Transferred Courses• Grade for transferred course will not be factored into the students cumulative average if the student has studied the same course at another institution.
• For students transferring from another
faculty within the university, all credits earned for courses in the previous faculty will be factored into their cumulative average regardless of evaluation or equivalency.
Transcripts of courses must be approved by the University Information Office.
