Graduation Requirements • Student must successfully complete all graduation requirements prescribed by the faculty and must meet the minimum grade requirement of 2.0 GPA (on a scale of 5). Graduation Procedures • Candidates for degrees may get online Applications for Graduation available at the Deanship of Admissions and Registration or from Faculty Registrar Applications of Graduation must be approved by Faculty and approved by department. • Applications of Graduation must be filed in the Faculty Registrar Office at the Deanship of Admissions and Registration with an enlarged and clear photocopy of Civil Status Card for final certification. Visiting Students The University offers students studying in Saudi Arabia and in accredited universities the opportunity to study taught academic courses at KAU. Process of registration for visiting students. Applicants must get written approval from their university to study at KAU as visiting students, specifying the courses that they wish to study. Priority is given to expectant graduates or final year students. 2. The courses must be included within KAU academic schedule of classes. 3. Home universities of visiting students must specify the number of credit hours that needs to be studied. Applicants areal- lowed a maximum of 9 credit hours only during summer sessions. Applicants must apply to the Office of Admissions at the Deanship of Admissions and Registration and send official letters from their university specifying the courses that they wish to study. Titles and numbers of courses must be written according to the study plan of KAU. 5. Applicants must present themselves to their chosen faculty registrar to register for courses. Applicants get KAU schedule of classes online.
