UNUSUAL VARIATIONS: **SAME RELEASE NUMBER AS THE NATIONAL HIT** BUT ODDBALL TITLES, ARTIST NAME VARIATIONS, and other oddball attributes…label logo/design, anything else weird or strange…ALL charts are in here! I HAVE UNDERLINED anything that is “weird” about each listing…when I reach the end of this document, you may consider it (along with the one I had last year) as possibly the most complete research on “original labels of charted records” ever presented. Even before last year’s I had sold 80 to 90 via somebody’s want list but, in all cases, THOSE were already “known” items…on this list many of the “other chart” first labels (especially C&W) have never been documented before. **I INTEND TO COMPILE A LIST OF ORIGINAL LABELS ON CHARTED POST-WAR 78s, TOO – PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT THIS SO I CAN PUT YOUR NAME ON THE STACK.** I have them sitting in a pile already, I just haven’t had time to compile them and list them. You can ask me for the list even if you don’t intend or want to buy any – I just want to provide the information to whoever wants it, for any reason!!
