<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 11:15 P.M.  I set the combination on the laptop computer lock, and I installed it on second Dell Latitude D410 laptop computer.  I will now make cigarettes.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 10:30 P.M.  I threw out the garbage down the garbage chute outside my apartment, since it is raining.  I left a note underneath a neighbor's door whose cell phone does not work.  I picked up the mail.  The order with tracking of https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400111201238047901991  for 6 foot Laptop Security Cable for Noteguard Universal Notebook for $4.29 and .99 shipping for $5.28 shipping arrived.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 9:30 P.M.  I chatted with a relative again.  I will now shower and clean up.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 8:35 P.M.  I chatted with a friend and a relative.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 6:10 P.M.  I woke up at 4 P.M..  I chatted with a local Scottish computer engineer.  I ate breakfast of oatmeal with honey and milk, a toasted whole wheat bagel with olive oil, a 12 ounce glass of 50% punch and 50% cold filtered water and vitamins and supplements, and a cup of coffee with milk and Splenda sweetener.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  I made my bed.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 6:15 A.M.  I drank a 12 ounce glass of 50% punch and 50% Schweppes Ginger Ale.  I will now shut down the primary work computer, and I will go to bed directly on a rainy day.  People from England, Scotland, and the Netherlands should be used to cold damp weather, since that is par for the course.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 5:50 A.M.  I chatted with the Canadian Emergency number at 1-613-996-8885, and I told them about the British group I saw at Paradise Island at Nassau in the Bahamas in February 1978, when I was a guest of Richard Mercy from 21 Eaton Square, London, England.  He told me there were five thousand people working for RCA Global Communications in the Bahamas.  I then called up the British Embassy in Washington D.C. at 1-202-588-6500, and I worked my way through the prompts twice, but when they answered in London, England, they would not chat, and they said there was no Scottish number they could transfer me to, which they have done so in the past.  I then called up http://www.scotland.police.uk/contact-us/ at 441786289070, and I told them what I wanted to tell them which is that I was told by a U.S.A. www.army.mil veteran from World War II, the United States Military liked the British soldiers, because they were willing to charge up a hill and get killed, when the American soldiers were not willing to do so.  It sounds to me like the British foot soldiers were being used as sacrificial lambs, which I never knew.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 4:25 A.M.  I ordered $11.99 with free shipping Rosewill RC-701 5.1 Channels PCI Interface Sound Card  It supports Windows 8, so I will put it in the IBM ThinkCentre along side the Ethan Allen recliner.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 2:10 A.M.  Not much happening out here in the wilderness of Connecticut.  There are always sales people around trying to sell real estate and automobiles, but from a business point of view, I think Wall Street is still the primary game in town.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 1:25 A.M.  In my educational experience up north from 1962, I went to the http://www.gcds.net/ with prominent local families, the http://taftschool.org/ which had prominent members of families from round the United States of America and elsewhere which was started by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Howard_Taft 's brother, and to http://www.lakeforest.edu/ which had many students from prominent families around the world.  I recall members of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Graham_Bell 's family lived in Lake Forest, Illinois along with many other prominent Midwest families.  In walking downtown on Greenwich Avenue for 30 years, since I returned from www.nantucket.net , I have noticed on the World War II memorial monument across the street from the Senior and the Arts Center on Greenwich Avenue, on the north side of the octagon monument on Greenwich Avenue amongst the many names is the name Gilbert Grosvenor possibly related to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gilbert_Grosvenor who was related to both President Taft and Alexander Graham Bell.  It says he passed away http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_Breton_Island , so they probably have other "Old Guard" people living there, where life is simpler, but maybe colder http://www.bing.com/search?q=Cape+Breton+Island+weather&qs=n&form=QBLH&pq=cape+breton+island+weather&sc=2-26&sp=-1&sk=&cvid=acddfcbe311b4d21abac7a787802c3cc in the winter.  CIO

<888> 03/29/14 Saturday 12:10 A.M.  According to the Greenwich Time, the younger internet crowd like the bar at http://www.jhousegreenwich.com/ in Riverside, Connecticut which is not on downtown Greenwich Avenue, but the http://greenwichtaxiinc.com/ can get you there until about 3 A.M. on weekends. CIO

<888> 03/28/14 Friday 11:50 P.M.  Richard is still there at night and busy as usual http://www.connecticutgasprices.com/Shell_Gas_Stations/Greenwich/28712/index.aspx .  He sees more at night than I do, since I do not go out anymore.  Their number is 1-203-661-2485 .  CIO

<888> 03/28/14 Friday 11:20 P.M.  We used to have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inuit residents around Greenwich, Connecticut during the cold winters, but I am not sure if any of them are around anymore or not.  They are very useful and welcomed to have around in cold weather.  The Canadian Emergency number at 1-613-996-8885 , but they only want to chat with Canadian residents in distress, and they do not wish to work the grape vine.  CIO

I ate 8 ounces Perdue short cut grilled Italian chicken strips and steamed baby carrots cut into quarters lengthwise and 12 ounces of Simply Mashed mashed potatoes with Smart Balance Spread and extra virgin olive oil on the vegetables and a 12 ounce glass of Schweppes Ginger Ale and a cup of green tea with Splenda sweetener and Borden lemon juice.  CIO

<888> 03/28/14 Friday 9:05 P.M.  On the laptop cable locks, one sets the combination with the factory default at 0000, by using a small screw driver and pushing in the small button on the rear of the lock, and then carefully setting the combination which is tricky and releasing the button. Since the numbers are small, when one releases the button, one has to make sure one knows whatever the current combination is set at and test the lock to see it still releases before changing the tumblers again with the button pressed in, if one needs to adjust it.  I put one lock on the Asus Netbook and the other lock on the primary Dell Latitude D410 laptop.  I chatted with two relatives.  CIO

<888> 03/28/14 Friday 7:50 P.M.  I threw out the garbage.  I observed the outside conditions which are damp.  I delivered a package to a neighbor.  I picked up my mail.  The order with tracking of https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400111201238047901052 on two orders for 6 foot Laptop Security Cable for Noteguard Universal Notebook for $4.29 each and .99 shipping each for $10.56 total arrived.  CIO

<888> 03/28/14 Friday 6:50 P.M.  I made a few routine networking telephone calls.  I chatted briefly with a friend.  I called up http://www.rbcbank.com/ in Montreal, Canada at 1-800-769-2553 ,  and they told me, they no longer maintain offices in the United States of America, although they do business here.  They told me it is colder in Montreal, which I already knew.  I will now shower and clean up.  CIO

<888> 03/27/14 Thursday 9:50 P.M.  On the laundry, the far right washer was unbalanced, and when it restarted it did not completely spin dry the wash.  When I put that washer load in the larger far right dryer, it did not completely dry.  Thus I am letting some of the damp items dry spread out around the apartment.  The rest of the dry laundry, I put away.  Also I put my Gordon flannel pajamas in the whites load, and they got partially bleached by the bleach in the whites load.  CIO

My friend from the Brazilian Tourist Authority http://mikelouisscott.com/photo/mike-scott-and-friend-new-york-1987.jpg will not be visiting us on his current trip to the United States of America with his family.  Instead, he will be visiting Carmel, California, Las Angeles, California, and Miami Beach, Florida.  I guess it is too cold up north to try to sell coffee beans this time of year.  I told him he could always apply for a job at www.starbucks.com in Greenwich, Connecticut; but with 50,000 Brazilians living in the Danbury, Connecticut area, he has a lot of help around him, when he visits, which is probably when it is warmer.  I still have that old Brooks Brothers New Zealand leather bombers jacket in the picture, and it is size 40 regular, and it cost me $250 half price in February 1983.  Who knows, if I ever lose weight in my senior years, it might fit me once again.  I got rid of all of my pants waist 40 inches and smaller, since at waist 50 inches, they do not fit me, but I do have a new XXL VIP Roadster Leather Jacket that I got for $105 this past January 2014.  It is a bit tight with polar fleeces, but it fits just fine with heavy winter sweaters.  CIO
