Cancelation due to Events other than Force Majeure Events If the cancelation by Insight is not as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Insight will provide an alternative comparable trip (if available) if an alternative is not available then a refund will be made. Insight is not liable for any cancelation or change cost or penalties incurred on other travel arrangements, including air travel, that may be affected thereby.
