Network Meeting attendance: Attending two (2) network meetings per FISCAL (July 1 – June 30) year in the Planning and Service Areas (PSA) in which services are being rendered. Providers must attend the meetings in different quarters (July-September, October-December, January-March, and April-June)/Gen Services Manual Pg. VI-14. Corrective action can be applied for those providers who are not in compliance. Providers who serve more than one PSA region must meet their network meeting attendance requirement by attending meetings in different regions in different calendar quarters. Providers who service in the ARC area can participate in one webinar for the ARC region and one attendance in person in another area. THIS IS ARC region’s THIRD network meeting. Updates: CCSP conversion to a new electronic data system called Harmony Framework, for Care Coordination and Providers will take place on March 1st. The deadline to submit any changes to existing SAFs are due to care coordination today. If you have any additional questions please contact your assigned CCSP Care Coordination Specialist or Tom Underwood at tunderwood@dch.ga.gov. Paperwork currently received by providers from Care Coordination will have a different appearance regarding careplans, task lists and the MDS, but the information remains the same.
