Article I Purpose 1. The One UN House ______________ ICT infrastructure relies on a common framework of IT support consolidation and clustering. It is developed on the premise that ICT resources will be shared by Resident UN Organisations occupying the One UN House in ______________. To achieve this goal of sharing the services of the ICT staff of the Resident UN Organisations at a functional level, the endorsement of each Resident UN Organisation and the elimination of any barriers that would impede such implementation, especially on the policy level of access to local servers and devices, is required. 2. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (Memorandum) is to provide a framework under which all Resident UN Organisations agree for the IT Support Team to access each Resident UN Organisation’s information technology system in order to provide common information technology support services asset forth in Annex II (Common IT Services) to the Resident UN Organisations.
