  • Created policies and procedures to successfully run an aquatic program. Revamped the entire program, due to no real policies or procedures in place at the time of hire.

  • Work with the Aquatic Director to successfully manage a two-pool operation 8.5 months of the year and a three-pool operation 3.5 months of the year.
