Chapter 2 and other chapters within Human Relations address some of concepts of emotional intelligence. The introduction by Daniel Goleman in this book provides clarification of some misunderstandings of his earlier ideas and further insight into the importance of emotional intelligence in human interaction. The remainder of the book provides information about emotions, intelligence, and emotional literacy.
