to the local elections
INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to 1)____________ the incident of 18th January which 2)___________ the elections to the local self-government.
BACKGROUND
On 18th January I was 3) _____________ to the Primary School in the northern sector of the town in response to a call from UN military observers. They were having control problems with a big crowd of people who had been queuing to 4)____________ in the elections 5)____________ for that day. It 6)____________ that because of the bad weather conditions, the organizers had opened several doors so that the voters could enter the school, but there was only one voting table and ballot box. Therefore the crowd began to push and shout.
