128- What is EPZ?
EMERGENCY PLAINING ZONE Geographical area around a wellhead, flowline or station containing high 1125 that requires specific emergency response planning. Minimum:H25 Concentration of PPM at edges of this area could be found at the time of major leakage. (Geographical area around a wellhead, flow line or station containing high HS at the end of this area. Minimum HS Concentration of 100 PPM could be found at a time of major leakage)
Birba, Harwell and Alnoor comes in EPZ.
129- What are the requirements to work in EPZ?
1) Valid permit
2) Valid HS Card
3) Personal monitor
4) Escape Set & Body system & Scaba

6) Emergency vehicle

130- If you need vehicle in process facility what is the procedure
Vehicles are not allowed to enter or to drive within m of a process facility so if we required vehicle entry in process facility we need a permit, vehicle type and registration no should be mentioned on the permit, inform area authority, write on log register, make free vehicle from source of ignition and mobile phones, do gas test before entering vehicle, gate will be closed after each entry and exit. Continuous gas testing is required of engine is running.
