Norma, shown under the name Norma et Regula in the Uranographia of Johann Bode. Rule and Square is an old English pub name. The square certainly shares the shape of the Hebrew letter with the Hebrew letter being as if two squares one overlaid upon the other. Or we can say the Hebrew letter is a combination of the setsquare and rule. The couple positioned in the Atu representation areas if two sets of this letter each
sitting opposite the other, and the sitting position being appropriate for this
Atu. They areas if enthroned on the summit of the Earth gaining
the advantage of point-of-view, where the natural order reveals itself. And it seems then,
that by induction, we may find a workable Magick for those that would be movers and shakers in our society and so there is a leadership quality to working this Atu.
