Demand and Supply Analysis

B.1. Demand

It is very essential to know the demand for our services in order to meet our customers’ needs and wants. Knowing the demand will help us to determine the trend for our services. Analyzing the demand thoroughly will provide the projection of the number of unique SMEs that we can serve monthly and annually. The Large enterprises were not chosen as target market since they are most likely to hire the services of established enterprise application providers such as SAP, Oracle, etc. Furthermore, Micro enterprises were not chosen as target market since they are less likely to adopt an application software considering that their transactions are not so voluminous and complex and the benefit might not justify the cost. Also, the regulatory and reportorial requirements for Micro enterprises are very minimal.
