Committee tasks include (1) reviews of psychoanalytic candidates’ progression on a once-a-year basis via meetings with direct supervisors and written evaluations; and (2) serving as an Admissions Committee in the second half of the academic year which involves direct one-on-one meetings with applicants for psychoanalytic training as well as discussions with other interviewers about applicants’ suitability for training.
