The middle school has 2 computer labs and 6 mobile carts (total 132 PC/laptop computers). All teaching and administrative staff have laptop computers. In addition they have 28 LCD projectors, 9 digital cameras, 8 VHS video cameras, and 6 digital video cameras. Rosetta Stone, Geometer’s Sketchpad and Read 180 software are also available in the middle school building.

What procedure is in place to review and renew library resources?




The county has provided software that allows media professionals to analyze their collections. Both schools have media committees that provide direction and feedback to the media professionals. Teachers may make requests to media specialist. They receive a small budget each year and use it to add to their collections. We also have a central inventory that media specialists can use to borrow material from our central media center for a specified length of time.
