Scientific Program

The conference will comprise of plenary, symposia, special and invited lectures in frontier areas of neuroscience. These lectures will be delivered by experts from India and abroad. In addition, there will be an interactive session for young school students with eminent senior neuroscientists.



Ample Opportunities for Young Researchers

A young scientist colloquium, oral and poster award sessions will be organized.


A limited number of travel grants will be available for young researchers. Applications through supervisor should reach the Organizing Secretary by August 20, 2007. Selected Candidates will be informed by September 20, 2007.

Attempts are being made to arrange few travel fellowships to provide partial support to young participants attending the conference from abroad.

nterested persons may also apply directly to Federation of Asian Oceania Neuroscience Societies (FAONS). The format is available on FAONS website (APRC-IBRO Travel Support Information). Interested persons may write to the Organizing Secretary with the supporting documents including reference letters so as to reach by August 20, 2007.
