  • Improved delinquency ratio of a 360 MYN loan portfolio from 2.4% to a historic low of .41% in less than 3 years. Implemented new measures, policies and procedures, hiring, developing and training experienced and qualified staff, improving efficiencies, and overseeing the implementation of said policies including outsourcing collections of bad debt loans and shares for recovery that allowed a reduction in the yearly average delinquency ratio, meeting or exceeding the credit unions established delinquency and charge-off goals for 11 consecutive years..
