Nomination Form for the Aurora (Women’s Leadership Development) Programme Please complete the details below and send your completed form to Jan Kincaid by 22 September 2017
1 The LFHE has identified the following requirements for participation in the programme. Please tick to indicate your agreement. Attendance on all four delivery days and an Action Learning Set day. Engagement in a mentoring relationship Commitment to a career in Higher Education Willingness to embrace networking opportunities Willingness to undertake projects and assignments for the University to build on leadership skill development Willingness to complete the self-study elements of the programme Willingness to participate in a longitudinal study to gauge the effectiveness of Aurora. 2 Selecting Aurora Programme dates: The Aurora Programme consists of five interlinked days – four workshops and an Action Learning Set. You are required to book one of each of the four development days (Identity, Impact and Voice, Power and Politics, Core Leadership Skills, Adaptive Leadership Skills) and an Action Learning Set day. Please select the five dates you would like to attend and tick these below. *Please note that you can choose to attend a mix of locations, but your Action Learning Set day must be in the same location as your Power and Politics day.
