Role: EUS Team Leader / Incident Manager.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the EUS team effectively and maintaining SLA without any escalations as per the agreement and taking care of various critical activities like DR, BCP and Annual PS Activity Etc.,

  • Liaise with the Customer as focal point for all high priority & major incidents reported.

  • Provide technical direction and coordination to the resolver groups involved.

  • Provide support and participate in the CCB and change control process.

  • Provide appropriate inputs to the PM process, RCA preparation. Develop an understanding of the client’s organizational structure and infrastructure environment.

  • Drive group chats and bridges calls effectively and resolve incidents.

Responsibilities


  • Lead IT DSS team effectively and maintaining SLA without any escalations.

  • Data Centre visit on daily basis and check the Servers and DC temperature.

  • Provide induction training for new engineers.

  • Meet critical users once in a week.

  • Internal team meeting on every weekend and discuss about all the issues.

Role: Team Leader.

Responsibilities


  • Manage Datacenter with 30 servers includes SUN Server, File Servers, DHCP, WINS, and DNS servers.

  • Installing server OS using open manager and installing applications.

  • Managing MS Windows Exchange Server 2007 and taking care of MS Outlook issues.

  • Configuring and managing MacAfee Endpoint Encryption Server (Safeboot)

  • Handling server issues using Remote Desktop.
