Created work plan visual in excel and budget that was integrated into official Steering Committee outreach material for Best for campaigns in the Northeast.

Developed over 10 strategy, outreach, and planning documents for the creation of the upcoming B Local Mid Atlantic campaign.

Gathered, managed, and interpreted data on allergen information for over 80% of all food and beverages supplied to all 17 Princess ships. Created a dashboard where data was visualized and interpreted to better serve the customer and create efficiency for the corporation.

Analyzed and corrected over 16,500 vendor bids for Australia and North America for Carnival Corporation. Items analyzed represented over $80 million in spend; corrections created significant cost savings.

Supplier scorecard layout built for internal use. Scorecard built with triple bottom line in mind and allowed for more proactive decision making.
