Memo Ian Baillie Primary School Gymnasium Update November 13, 2013 Beth McCarthy The Christmas Concert has been relocated to JMH, same time, same date. It will be on December 11, at 10:00. I met with Beth Stymiest, the Superintendent of Anglophone North School District and Tim Dunn, Director of Finance and Administration, this morning to discuss the timeline of the repair to the wall in the gym and kitchen. The work for the demolition of the wall that has been compromised will begin today. Early estimates look like the gym will be fixed by Christmas and up and running for the children when they return to the school in the new year. Mr. Dunn will keep me updated with the progress of the repair and I in turn will keep the parents and school community informed. We are in the process of looking at alternate venues to host some of our phys-ed classes. When we hear back from them we will let you know.
