| 15.00 GENERAL PROVISIONS A. Notices. All notices, requests, consents, approvals, written instructions, reports or other communication from or to the MEDICAL DIRECTOR or EMR, under this Agreement, shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have given or served, if delivered or if mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid or hand delivered to the parties as follows General Services Manager Town of Collierville 500 Poplar View Parkway Collierville, TN 38017 Either party may change the address to which notices, requests, consents, approvals, written instructions, reports or other communications are to be given by a notice of change of address given in the manner set forth in this paragraph A. 7 of B. This Agreement maybe modified or amended only by a duly authorized written instrument executed by the parties hereto. C. Attorney’s Fees. If an action is brought to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. D. Assignment of Work.
