9.00 REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES EMR and/or the MEDICAL DIRECTOR shall not be reimbursed for any expenses, unless such expenses are authorized in writing by the TOWN before the EMR and/or the MEDICAL DIRECTOR incurs any such expenses. Subject at all times to the requirement that EMR and the MEDICAL DIRECTOR must seek the TOWN’S prior approval of any expenses in no event shall EMR or the MEDICAL DIRECTOR charge the TOWN any amount for any expense which exceeds the amount paid by EMR or the MEDICAL DIRECTOR for such expenses.
