Conclusions It can be seen that mind control weapons are well developed and they are being used secretly to torture and harass innocent citizens. Many victims are currently working in conjunction with Soleilmavis to start a worldwide campaign against secret mind control weapons abuse and torture. In this research, the following conclusions were reached 1) Many countries have developed various types of mind control methods drugs, microchips, nanotechnologies and electromagnetic waves. Could these governments also introduce legislation to regulate the use of such weapons 2) Effective laws and other measures from our governments need to be enacted to prevent the misuse of such weapons. 3) In the event of misuse of such weapons, government intervention is required to protect the victims and prosecute torturers to the fullest extent of the law. It is hoped that this paper will bring about public awareness and solutions to mind control weapons abuse and torture.
