632. The determination that probable cause
exists must be based on facts, not only on the conclusion of others.
The determination should be a commonsense appraisal of the totality of all the facts and circumstances presented.Make a written note of the reasons why you authorized the search in case authorization becomes an issue later. Talk to your legal advisor!
